Just a note to let you know about my experiences with my agent….She is always more than helpful and takes time to explain everything in detail to make sure I thoroughly understand the subject we are discussing….

She is easy to talk to and talks on the same level as the customer, and doesn’t talk above my understandings….(as some people do….I guess they try to impress you with their superior knowledge)….which turns customers off….At least that’s how I feel….She is a genuine asset to your company and represents it well….
